(Reuters) – Goldman Sachs has completed the sale of a stake of Facebook to private investors overseas. As leaked earlier this year, Facebook raised 1.5 billion dollars, in an offering it says was oversubscribed. The company says it plans to start filing public financial reports by April of next year. The planned investment was highly criticized, prompting Goldman to seek foreign investors only.
